Healing Patterns, Building a Life That Fits You
My Story
From Overwhelmed
to Empowered
You’ve probably been told it’s stress. Or anxiety. But that hasn’t fully explained it.
I know that feeling because I’ve been there too, being dismissed, feeling like something was off, and not getting real answers. As a first-generation Latina. I was raised to push through. To be strong. To handle things without slowing down.
That’s why I do this work.
Now I help people like you make sense of what’s happening, looking at your mind, your body, and the patterns that keep showing up, so things can finally start to click.
Listening to our bodies isn’t something we’re always taught. Sometimes it’s something we have to learn.
You don’t have to keep second-guessing what you’re feeling.
We can start to make sense of it together.

Why This Work Chose Me
Witnessing Transformation Fuels My Purpose
Growing up, there was no language for emotional overwhelm, nervous system regulation, or what your body actually needs. Survival came first. Gratitude was emphasized. Rest was earned, not allowed. I carried intergenerational messages that taught me to ignore discomfort and keep going. I brought those patterns straight into my career, my relationships, and my health.
Healing meant unlearning those messages. I learned that fatigue can be information. That sensitivity can be wisdom. That emotional and hormonal shifts are signals worth paying attention to. And that chronic conditions, whether autoimmune, thyroid, or gut-related, don’t just affect your body. They reshape how your brain works, how you cope, and how much bandwidth you actually have on any given day. That understanding changed everything about how I show up in the therapy room.
How I Work
Pattern Loops:
A Structured, Body-Aware Approach That Creates Real Change
Pattern Loops is a framework for understanding the emotional, physical, and behavioral cycles that keep you stuck, shaped by your nervous system, hormones, lived experiences, and protective coping strategies.
Together, we map the loop, identify the leverage point, and build practical ways to interrupt it so change actually works in your real life.
1
We start by making your life more manageable.
-
Reduce decision fatigue
-
Create simple, supportive structure
-
Focus your energy where it actually matters
The goal is to calm the noise so your system can function again.
2
Map the Patterns and Build What Works
Once things feel steadier, we map your Pattern Loops and connect the dots between your hormones, nervous system, habits, and history.
You begin to understand why you feel stuck and what actually shifts it.
Then we build practical systems that support real change in your daily life.
3
Targeted, Meaningful Emotional Work
With stability in place, we move into deeper work using approaches like EMDR and parts work when appropriate.
This is focused and intentional, not endless processing.
The goal is to help you understand your patterns, trust your body, and move forward with tools that work.

Your body isn’t the problem.
It’s been trying to tell you something.

Who I Work With
People Who Already Notice Their Patterns
High-Functioning Adults Operating Below Capacity
You’re accomplished. You’re competent. And privately you’re dealing with anxiety, brain fog, burnout, or mood shifts that don’t respond to willpower or coping skills. You want structure, tools, and a plan. You want therapy that actually gives you something to do.
People Navigating Hormonal Shifts, Chronic Illness, or Autoimmune Conditions
Thyroid changes. Perimenopause. PCOS. Autoimmune flares. Gut-brain disruption. Your body changed and no one connected it to your mental health, your energy, or your sense of self. You’re tired of being told it’s “just stress.”
First-Gen, Multicultural, and Culturally Layered Adults
You carry cultural expectations that taught you to endure, translate, and put yourself last. The pressure to push through. The guilt for resting. The grief of changing what your family never questioned. You want to honor where you come from and still choose something different.
My Philosophy
I don’t ask you to override your body. I help you learn how to listen to it, often for the first time, with curiosity instead of criticism.
I believe mental health cannot be separated from what’s happening in the body. I believe culture, history, and identity are clinical context, not footnotes. I believe that when someone walks into a session at 60% capacity, the most helpful thing I can do is reduce the load before asking them to go deeper. And I believe therapy should equip you with enough understanding and structure that you eventually don’t need me anymore. Being heard matters. And it’s the starting point, not the whole plan.
